Memories Matter
This handsome fella to the left is my father. At the age of 51, he was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease. On November 14, 2008, four months after I became a mom, my father succumbed to his disease. My baby girl met him only one time, in his hospice care facility in Anchorage, Alaska just 5 days before he passed.
I know first hand that memories matter.
In my work, I am proud to support the Alzheimer's Association by donating 5% of my session fees to the association. I am also happy to partner with those participating in the Memory Walk by offering auction items or holding fundraisers to help this cause.
